Terms and Conditions
  • Customised packages can be arranged.
  • Require 40 % non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking.
  • Balance to be paid two weeks prior to the wedding date. NO CHEQUES will be accepted. Payments to be made via cash payments or Internet transfers only and proof of payment to be mailed or faxed. Only when payment is confirmed in Photographer’s bank account will booking be confirmed. 
  • Date will be booked and confirmation be sent only once the 40 % deposit has been paid.
  • If, for any reason, the wedding is cancelled, the deposit will only be refunded if the Photographer gets another wedding booking for the same date; else the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that The Photographer gets many inquiries for the same dates therefore pencil bookings can only be written in ink when payment has been confirmed.
  • If the Client cancels the booking, the following fees will be required
  • 90 days prior to weddings date: 50% of outstanding amount
  • 60 days prior to wedding date: 80% of outstanding amount
  • 30 days prior to wedding date: 100% of outstanding amount.
  • Please provide seating and dinner for the Photographer and Assistant at the reception.
  • All packages include a pre-wedding consultation with the Photographer to discuss the wedding details. All special requirements and ideas will be discussed.  These meetings take place within the West Rand area. Else a Zoom meeting can be arranged.
  • No travelling cost for Johannesburg or surroundings for radius of 100 km, thereafter a cost of R5.00 per km will apply.
  • Accommodation to be arranged and paid for by the Client on behalf of the Photographer and Assistant if location further than 100 km.
  • All edited images include Colour, Black & White and other effects.
  • The Photographer only gives edited images and under no circumstances will unedited or RAW images be distributed.
  • The Photographer only includes images which are deemed up to standard.
  • No extra editing of edited images by any other photographer, the Client or other related or unrelated party are allowed without permission of the Photographer.
  • Cover of day as per package and R2000 for every extra hour.
  • Coverage includes bridal and groom preparation, ceremony and reception till booked time is reached. T&C’s apply.
  • The Photographer will not be held liable for any missed opportunities due to Bridal couple or any related party being behind schedule.
  • Please note that one hour should be set aside for the bride’s preparation shoot and one to one and a half hours should be set aside for the location shoot.
  • The Photographer will be the only professional Photographer and no other Photographer (professional or amateur) may interfere with the photo shoot.
  • DeAnna Photography retains the copyright of all photographs and reserves the right to use the images for the purpose of display, publication and promotion. Limited copyright will be transferred the client for personal use only.
  • Allow six to eight weeks for delivery of final product with the exception of the Coffee Table book if required.
  • Changes to the Coffee Table album will only be allowed twice thereafter an hourly fee of R1500 per hour will be charged.
  • Postage and packaging cost of final product to be covered by the client. Payable before postage of final product.
  • DeAnna Photography will not be held liable for any theft, damage, loss or memory card failure under normal circumstances.
Boudoir Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously and will never share your images online or in print without your written consent.  Every image you see on my website has been approved by the woman in the photo.

Kelly and I will be the only people present during your shoot, as we believe that maintaining the ‘one-on-one’ dynamic is very important to our work. Creating a comfortable atmosphere where you can relax and trust us is how we create incredible images for you.
